Using the website, marketplace and requested services.
Scope and eligibility
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. Business representatives must have authority to act for their organization. Product-specific contracts, statements of work and checkout terms govern the corresponding purchases. Product listings describe offered software; they do not include source code, implementation or access unless expressly agreed.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep credentials and subscription access keys confidential. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse forms, upload malware, infringe rights, send unsolicited messages or interfere with service. Access may be restricted for security, misuse, legal requirements or unpaid subscriptions. See /legal/acceptable-use.
Pricing and purchase
Checkout shows the charge, currency and billing interval before payment. Annual checkout charges twelve times the displayed annual monthly-equivalent price. Taxes or extra services, if applicable, must be disclosed before purchase. Custom quotes require separate agreement. Subscription access starts only after verified provider confirmation and is subject to its current paid period.
Renewal and cancellation
Hosted subscription checkout establishes recurring billing as described before confirmation. Renewals depend on successful payment. Use /subscription to open the provider’s billing portal and cancel future renewal. Cancellation at period end ordinarily leaves the paid period available unless the provider status requires restriction. Uninstalling an app or deleting browser data does not cancel a subscription.
Intellectual property and content
DEZORYN and its licensors retain rights in their software, branding and content. You retain rights in submitted material and grant the processing rights needed to respond or provide the service. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share. No ownership or source-code transfer occurs without an explicit written agreement.
Service limits, disputes and mandatory rights
Features, support, delivery schedules and any service levels must be agreed for the purchased product. This website makes no blanket uptime, certification, legal-result or commercial-result guarantee. Liability and dispute terms are subject to the applicable contract and law; mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.
