Payments, Cancellation & Refunds
Billing disclosures and the route for purchase support.
Charges and activation
Review the selected product, plan, currency, total charge and renewal interval in checkout. Website prices are USD unless explicitly stated otherwise. Annual charges are billed as a single annual amount. Pending or failed payment does not activate access. A checkout return screen alone is not payment verification.
Recurring billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew using the payment method authorized at hosted checkout until cancelled through /subscription or support. Cancellation prevents subsequent renewal according to the provider’s confirmation and effective date. Access depends on paid-period dates and provider status. Failed renewal can suspend entitlement. Keep your cancellation confirmation.
Refund requests
Contact support@dezoryn.com with the order or subscription reference, purchase date and reason. Do not send complete payment credentials. Duplicate or incorrect charges, non-delivery and other issues are investigated against the applicable order terms and mandatory rights. Custom development, delivered services and usage may have separate written terms. No automatic refund eligibility or fixed processing time is promised by this page.
Resolution and payment providers
An approved refund is normally sent to the original payment method, subject to provider and bank processing. Refund and cancellation are separate actions: confirm whether future billing has also been cancelled. For Google Play purchases, use the Google Play purchase and cancellation process where applicable; web payment terms do not replace store billing rules.
