Request deletion without signing in.
Submit a request
Open /delete-account, enter your registered email and the exact app or product name, and select account deletion or data deletion. The form is available without login. DEZORYN support will verify ownership and identify the responsible product operator before acting. You may also contact support@dezoryn.com.
What deletion means
A verified account deletion request covers the account and associated personal information within the applicable product, except records that must be retained for a stated lawful reason. A data-only request is assessed for its stated scope. Corporate enquiry, recruitment and newsletter information can also be requested for removal. Removing an app from your phone alone does not delete its account.
Billing, retained information and updates
Cancel recurring billing separately through /subscription or the store where you purchased it. Support can help if you cannot access billing. We explain applicable retention exceptions, backup handling and completion status after verification. Do not mark a request completed until the relevant systems have actually processed it.
